Welcome to CoachSpeakerPro! By accessing or using our software, services, content, websites, or applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.


1. Who We Serve

CoachSpeakerPro is a software and automation platform designed for coaches, speakers, consultants, and entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses with done-for-you systems, marketing tools, and client management solutions.

2. Your Agreement With Us

By using CoachSpeakerPro, you agree to:

Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Use the platform for lawful, business-related purposes only.

Provide accurate and current information during sign-up and throughout your subscription.

3. Billing & Subscription

Subscription: Your account is billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

No Refunds: All purchases, including setup fees and monthly/annual subscriptions, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Failed Payments: Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account access


4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for illegal, abusive, or misleading purposes (e.g., spam, phishing, hate speech, or false advertising).

Share your login credentials or give others access to your account.

Use the system to send unsolicited or non-compliant emails or SMS messages. You are responsible for complying with all local marketing and data laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA).

Abuse system resources or interfere with other users’ use of the platform.

5. Data & Privacy

You retain ownership of your leads, customer data, and content.

We respect your privacy and will never sell your data.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all data protection regulations that apply to your business.

6. Platform Availability

We aim for 99%+ uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, improve, or suspend certain features from time to time.

We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or changes in service.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform designs, branding, tools, and educational content provided by CoachSpeakerPro remain our property.

You may not copy, distribute, or claim ownership over any of our proprietary systems, software, templates, or courses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. We may also remove accounts that remain inactive, unpaid, or non-compliant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

CoachSpeakerPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the service will not exceed the amount paid in the previous 3 months of service.

10. Price Lock Guarantee

Once a customer begins an active subscription, the subscription price in effect at the time of enrollment will remain fixed for the duration of that uninterrupted subscription. The Company will not increase the subscription fee for any customer with an active, continuous subscription. Any future price changes will only apply to new customers or to customers who cancel or allow their subscription to lapse and later choose to re-enroll.

11. Subscription Cancellation & Offboarding Support

Client may cancel their subscription to CoachSpeakerPro at any time by submitting written notice through their account portal or by emailing support at least 3 business days prior to their next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not trigger any refund for past or current billing periods.

We truly mean this: there are never hard feelings for choosing a different path. Our goal is for every Client to succeed—whether that’s with CoachSpeakerPro or elsewhere.

Upon cancellation:


11.1. Platform Access

Client access to the CSP platform, all automations, funnels, workflows, templates, AI tools, and related services will remain active only through the end of the paid billing cycle, after which all access is immediately revoked.


11.2. Data & Assets

After cancellation and access revocation:

CoachSpeakerPro is not responsible for long-term storage, exporting, or maintaining Client data, contacts, recordings, campaigns, or files

Client is solely responsible for exporting all desired data before the cancellation date

CoachSpeakerPro is not liable for any data loss after cancellation

Optional Support: Upon request prior to cancellation, CSP is happy to provide basic written instructions for:

Exporting contacts and data

Transferring or reconnecting a domain to another hosting provider

Capturing screenshots of website pages for record-keeping

This assistance is provided as a courtesy and does not include live migration services or technical labor.


11.3. Builds, Funnels, & Automations

All funnels, workflows, templates, snapshots, forms, websites, and automations built inside CSP are licensed for use only while an active subscription is maintained. Upon cancellation:

All licensed systems are deactivated

Client does not retain ownership rights to CoachSpeakerPro proprietary frameworks, templates, system architecture, or automation logic


11.4. Phone Numbers, Email, & Integrations

Any phone numbers, email services, third-party API connections, or integrations tied to CSP may be released, disconnected, or reassigned after cancellation.


11.5. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.


11.6. Reactivation

If Client later chooses to return:

Prior builds, automations, phone numbers, and data are not guaranteed to be recoverable

Pricing may reflect current public rates, not legacy pricing


11.7. Non-Circumvention

Client agrees not to attempt to replicate, reverse-engineer, resell, or rebuild CoachSpeakerPro's proprietary system structure, systems logic, or automation frameworks outside the CoachSpeakerPro platform after cancellation.


11.8. Goodwill & Professional Courtesy

CoachSpeakerPro operates with integrity, professionalism, and respect for the Client’s business journey. Cancellation is never treated as a conflict—only a change in direction. Clients are always welcome to return in the future under then-current terms.
